Winding down with a warm cup of tea at day's end is incomparable. But imagine if your tea also offered benefits that promote sleep and aid digestion. Turmeric ginger coconut milk does precisely this. But what's the mechanism behind it?

Eating heavy meals before bedtime can lead to disrupted sleep. Turmeric, known as a digestive bitter and carminative, enhances digestion and minimizes gas and bloating. It also boosts bile production in the liver and promotes the gallbladder's bile excretion, improving the body's capacity to digest fats.
Turmeric, known for its anti-inflammatory properties, soothes the digestive tract lining and helps prevent ulcer formation.

Ginger, another excellent herb with anti-inflammatory effects, aids the digestive process by toning intestinal muscles and stimulating food particle breakdown. This can alleviate gas pains and aid in fat digestion and metabolism, easing stomach discomfort.

Together, turmeric and ginger have a warming effect, conducive to winding down for a restful sleep. Enjoy this turmeric ginger coconut milk one hour before bedtime to experience its beneficial effects.
