  1. If it's in your blood it will be absorbed as it cycles. If it's in your urine, feces, or sweat then it wasn't absorbed...I don't see how presence in the blood equates to not being absorbed...

  2. If the presence in the blood means the substance won't be absorbed then why is medication often given through IV??
