Where Is The 707-Pound Man Who Didn’t Want To Lose Weight and Said ‘I’ll Eat ‘Til I’m Dead’

At 34 years old, Casey King does not have a career or income and resides with his father. The reason is his weight, which exceeds 700 pounds, to the extent that he cannot fit into a pair of briefs.

“The issue is, Casey is so used to living the way he does that he just shrugs it off, saying, “I’m going to eat for as long as I’m alive.

What did King’s day look like?

During a TLC interview, Casey described a typical day for him: waking up around noon, eating, playing video games, eating again, watching TV, eating once more, and then going to bed.

He acknowledged his significant weight gain wasn't entirely unexpected. He explained that he has always been on the larger side, even as a child. Now, as an adult, he frequently consumes fast food or Japanese cuisine, rarely exercises, and generally eats large amounts.

At the time the show started filming, he felt he was nearing a personal nadir. He heavily blamed his parents for his situation and saw no clear path forward. His weight was a barrier to maintaining employment and finding direction in life.

What does he look like today?

Today, King is a different person, weighing around 400 pounds less.

Casey and his father significantly improved his diet and exercise habits with assistance from a psychiatrist. His mother also participated to facilitate the introduction of these improvements. To further advance his progress, Casey underwent weight loss surgery.

He’s got a job

Before this, King was forced to quit his job as his increasing weight made it difficult for him to perform his duties. His aspiration for a career seemed unattainable as he continued to gain weight.

Now, he is employed at Home Depot. He expressed his gratitude to Home Depot for hiring him during a challenging job market in a message he shared on his Facebook and Instagram accounts.
