Hero Dog Saves Four Patients From Inferno At Hospice After Running Into Building To Raise Alarm
A heroic dog saved the lives of four hospice residents in Russia by alerting them to a fire, but suffered severe burns in the process. Dogs are truly our most faithful companions, consistently demonstrating their unwavering devotion, loyalty, bravery, and affection by risking their lives for us time and again.

In a recent incident, an extraordinary dog rescued four individuals from a hospice fire in Russia by running into the building to sound the alarm.

The dog, named Matilda, was pregnant and is currently recuperating from serious burns sustained after collapsing from carbon monoxide inhalation during the blaze in the Leningrad region.

The fire service, once alerted, rescued all four hospice residents. Matilda, however, was later saved by volunteers Elena Kalinina and Alexander Tsinkevich, and sustained severe injuries.

Reports say that despite crying and trembling from the pain, Matilda bravely withstood her ordeal.

Matilda incurred severe burns while entering the hospice to save the residents from the devastating fire.

Following severe injuries, animal campaigners at the Vasilek shelter in St. Petersburg are striving to save Matilda.

Animal campaigners at Vasilek shelter in St Petersburg are now struggling to save Matilda after the severe burns.

They stated:

“Matilda’s face, neck, and abdomen were severely burned. She was checked by a fertility specialist who looked at her for a very long time and carefully studied the puppies. They are all alive and developing well.

Now it is impossible to understand the number of babies she is carrying, since she is a big dog.”

Unfortunately, her nipples are badly injured, and Matilda -- known as Motya -- will not be able to feed her puppies.

It was also reported that due to her injuries, the hospice owner will not be able to take care of her anymore. Matilda, you are one incredibly courageous and caring being!

You are truly a hero!
