For four servings, you will need:

  • Cooking spray
  • 680 grams of medium russet potatoes, cleaned and dried
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic-infused olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line two baking trays with parchment paper and coat with cooking spray.
  2. Slice the potatoes into strips. In a bottle, combine the olive oil and garlic olive oil. Arrange the potato strips on the baking trays, drizzle with the oil mixture, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, rotating the trays halfway through for even browning.
